High Thought is an intimate, (bi)weekly-ish infusion of (high) thoughts that are a mixture of frivolous and (sometimes) profound if Iβm lucky. Written with consideration for those interested in the creative process or personal peek behind the curtain into a particularly chaotic brain room. Usually written in tandem with plants for enhancement and flair.
(The best experience is on the website or the app, in my opinion!)

I took this picture in the garden the other day and I keep thinking about it. It is obviously of a flower (wildflowers that I planted en masse in the backyard) but the flower looks like itβs playing? Imaginary fencing? Itβs giving βHey watch this!β energy, which was very much my energy as a kid. Some would argue it still is. But thereβs something so aspirationally carefree and chill and present about it. I think itβs just that I wanna be this flower.
My brother and I got my parents a bird feeder that takes pictures of each visitor and helps to identify them. They are *obsessed* with seeds!
This is so cute to me! Animals out of focus and looking into the camera is a hilarious joke to me.
